Todd Levine: Music and Art

Todd Levine works as a litigator who has led a successful career. There’s not a courtroom he hasn’t been in doing his regular job. It’s a skill he’s crafted and done for years. However, Levine has other talents that help him win in the courtroom. When he’s not talking to judges or dealing with clients, Levine is playing the guitar. An musician since age 10, Levine credits music and art to be a big part of his legal abilities. To him, this has lead him to think out of the box when handling his many cases. He also states this is the same when he studies math and science. It’s his creative abilities that allows him to see things differently in the courtroom. At one time it even helped him turn a case around for the better.

Todd Levine is a true believer in using music, art, math and science within the scope of his daily job as a litigator. He’s amazed some of his mediators who were shocked by his fast thinking responses. He worked in the litigation department away from the main firm. It didn’t take long for them to decide that litigation was going to be their sole service and nothing else. Todd Levine does take on family law cases from time to time. He’s taken on difficult cases throughout his 30 year career. When he performs outside of the office with his musical talents, he finds his workload is much easier to approach. It’s something that allows him to see his cases differently to conquer the win. Creativity is a driving force in Todd Levine’s life.

Todd Levine has represented notable clients where he once won a 3.4 million settlement. Levine’s firm was a small beginning with just 17 attorneys. Now his organization has nearly 30 attorneys handling litigation cases.

The sleepy college town and capitol city of Florida, Tallahassee, has many things going for, not least of all is its top notch healthcare system. The non-profit Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare system, the largest in the city, is an acute-care system that includes the 772 bed Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, a psychiatric hospital, 22 physician practices, and several centers providing specialized services.

Centrally located in the heart of the city, the main hospital, as well as a satellite emergency center north of the city, is well positioned to manage the emergency needs of Tallahassee, and among its roster of talented professionals, is LSU graduate Dr. Eric Forsthoefel. Dr. Forsthoefel attended the University of Louisville Medical school before matriculating at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, completing his residency there in 2012, prior to joining the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare system.

Dr. Eric Forsthoefel utilizes his certification in emergency medicine, awarded by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, specializing in acute injuries, trauma, accident treatment, and generalized emergency care as a staff member for the emergency services department of the Tallahassee Memorial System. He sees the worst of the worst in healthcare emergencies and works diligently with his team to keep Tallahassee healthy and safe.

Dr Forsthoefel and the rest of the emergency department, totaling 26 emergency physicans in all, are charged with managing the care needs of the city, which includes the Florida state government, as well as two prominent university systems, the 40,000+ students of Florida State University and the 10,000 students of Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University. Additionally, Dr. Forsthoefel and the dedicated team of doctors treat patients from across the sunshine state’s panhandle region, and parts of southern Georgia.

Most visitors and residents of north Florida hope to avoid emergency services, but if the need arises, Dr. Eric Forsthoefel and the rest of the emergency services team at Tallahassee Memorial are trained and ready to help.
